Tionna Kuhnhoff

Tionna joins us with over 25+ years of professional experience in the Health & Wellness Industry. Her experience began in college where she attended Park University in Kansas City, Missouri on a full athletic scholarship for fast pitch softball while engaging in the Sports Medicine/Athletic Training Program.

While at Park University, she gained experience in working with collegiate athletes that were striving to overcome athletic injuries as well as provide preventative care through proper exercise and strength training concepts.

Upon completing her undergraduate degree, she had discovered a true alignment with the art of massage and bodywork treatments. Her curiosity led her to The Arizona School of Massage Therapy, where she completed the 820 hour program which would prepare her for the National Certification Boards for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork.

Her combined experience in massage therapy and personal training has given her in-depth understanding of the human body’s structure and function, which allows her to work with a variety of clientele.

Upon arriving to the Hawaiian Islands in 2017, she completed Lomi Lomi training at the Ho’onana Lomi Lomi Training center on Maui.

Tionna brings a blend of Eastern & Western modalities including Shiatsu, Thai Massage, Acupressure and Reflexology. Fundamentally, deep tissue, neuromuscular facilitation, PNF stretching and Trigger point therapy are utilized to free up entangled tissues.

Her style of blending other modalities such as Esalen, Cranial Sacral therapy and Reiki will have you feeling balanced, renewed and enlightened.
