At Alea Lani Massage & Yoga, we love to create and host fabulous retreats. We’ve had the privilege of co-hosting a one-day holistic retreat at Ahu Lani Retreat Center with five other wellness practitioners for 15 guests, as well as a six-day business retreat for 47 people at Whale Spirit Sanctuary. Each retreat is thoughtfully designed to inspire, ignite, and bring lasting changes to your lifestyle and habits.

We offer a wide range of retreat options, including:

Adventure and Wellness Combined

Alea has a passion for surfing, SUP & SUP Yoga, cooking, sailing, hiking, playing the flute, singing, dancing, biking, free diving, snorkeling, horseback riding, kite surfing, and traveling. If there's an activity you'd like to include in your retreat, we will make it happen.

Example of what your retreat can look like:

Arrive by 3pm to vacation rental, get settled & oriented to the home, rec center/pool/hot tub. Introductions & intentions for retreat, gifts (journals and a book for the week, Perfect Health by Deepak Chopra & audiobook Light on Yoga by B.K.S. Iyengar) & light snacks/non-alcoholic drinks served before getting ready & heading to dinner.

5:30-6:30pm: Dinner @ Fairmont Orchid (Hale Kai)

7:00-8:30pm: Come back to the vacation rental house and enjoy Sound Healing & Meditation/Restorative Yoga for reset of nervous system/peaceful sleep.

8:45-9:45pm: Wind down, read, journal, relax & go to sleep

6-8am: Meditate, yoga/walk/bike, journal, read, affirmations/intentions (miracle morning)

8:15-8:45am: Attunement (check in with everyone & share thoughts/feelings/intentions for the day)

9-10:30am: Beach club time (snorkel/swim/sunbathe, cooperative games available)

11am-12pm: Brunch/lunch at Na Pua Restaurant

12-1pm: Rest & Relax (digest) at the vacation rental, stay out of the heat! Socialize, read/journal

1-3pm: Massages/Energy Healings available

3-5pm: walk, pool/hot tub/sauna

6-7pm: Dinner (recipe & cooking demo available during 3-5pm for those interested)

7:30-8:30pm: Sound Healing & Meditation

8:45-9:45pm: Wind down, read, journal, relax & go to sleep

6-8am: Meditate, yoga/walk/bike, journal, read, affirmations/intentions (miracle morning)

8:15-8:45am: Attunement (check in with everyone & share thoughts/feelings/intentions for the day)

9-10am: Juice/Smoothies/Breakfast at Juice 101

10am-11am: Rest & Relax (digest) at the vacation rental, stay out of the heat! Socialize, read/journal

11-12pm: Health Coaching: Wheel of Life & Ayurvedic Dosha Quiz

12-1pm: Dress for a hike, pack clothes for dinner, snacks & drinks & head to Kona

1-5pm: Hike in the forest (Kaloko/Kona)

5-6pm: cleanup at the beach or spa

6:15pm-7:15pm: Dinner - Kamana Kitchen (Indian Food)

7:30-8:00pm: Drive back to vacation rental OR stay for Manta Ray Snorkel tour out of Keauhou or Honokohau

8:15-9pm: Sound Healing & Meditation/Restorative Yoga OR Manta Ray Snorkel tour

9-9:45pm: Wind down, read, journal, relax & go to sleep

6-8am: Meditate, yoga/walk/bike, journal, read, affirmations/intentions (miracle morning)

9-10:30am: Head to Waimea Farmerʻs market, nature park walk & brunch at park

11am-3pm: Head to Mud Lane for a waterfall hike where you can swim & do a meditation (bring snacks & drinks)

4-5:30pm: relax, walk, pool/hot tub/sauna

6-7pm: Sunset & Dinner at vacation rental

7-8pm: Rest & digest, socialize, astrological/tarot/oracle card readings

8-9pm-: Yin/Restorative Yoga Session

9:15-9:45pm: Wind down, read, journal, relax & go to sleep

6-8am: Meditate, yoga/walk/bike, journal, read, affirmations/intentions (miracle morning)

8:15-8:45am: Attunement (check in with everyone & share thoughts/feelings/intentions for the day)

9-10:30am: Brunch at Vacation Rental, Dress for hiking/working & bathing suit, and pack change of clothes for dinner

11am-6pm: Head to Waipiʻo Valley for Hawaiian Culture day: Hawaiian chant, planting kalo (giving back to the ʻaina (land)), and a beach & waterfall hike where you can swim & do a meditation (bring snacks & drinks)

6:30-7:30pm: Dinner at Merrimanʻs in Waimea

8-9pm: Down time, Dream Journaling

9:15-9:45pm: Wind down, read, journal, relax & go to sleep

6-8am: Meditate, yoga/walk, journal, read, affirmations/intentions (miracle morning)

8:30-9:30am: Brunch at Vacation Rental (Belgian Waffles)

9:30-10:30am: Closing Ceremony & head out by 11am!
